We are looking to appoint an experienced Teacher of History to work on a temporary basis to cover for a medical absence. The post can be either full time or part time. Ideally, he or she will be able to teach to GCSE and A level standard. The vacancy provides an excellent opportunity to join a department that enjoys considerable academic success and to work in a flourishing selective school within easy reach of Lincoln. School Admission Appeals - Lay Panel Members Applications are invited for Lay members of an independent Appeal Panels. The purpose of the Appeals Panel is to hear appeals for admission of children into Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar school. Any adult with or without educational experience may apply, provided that they have no connection whatsoever with the school. Panel membership is voluntary but expenses are paid for attendance. Appropriate training will be available for successful applicants.
